What can I return?

  • Everything except the following:
    • Pre Order products that are customized are not returnable across all age groups
    • Any accessories sold on the website are not returnable
  • Your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:
  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. It is imperative you share a video or images of the defect in the product.
  • All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unworn, stain free, unused and in a saleable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date

How can I return eligible products?

For orders delivered in India:

  • You can simply login to your Little Cheer account and schedule a free reverse pick up
  • Alternately you can email us at support@littlecheer.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
  • For pincodes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.

For orders delivered outside India:

  • You can email us at support@littlecheer.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
  • You need to ship the products back to us within 15 days from the delivery date.

You can send the products with your friends/family or a local logistics company

  • You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which is non-refundable

When will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check
  • After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment
  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable

 What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect in the email.

What if I received a product that does not match my customization request?

We quality check every product before it is packaged. Customizations are double checked by a dedicated team. In a rare case if you receive a product that does not match the customisation request, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of a tape measure on top of the product.

Good to know:

  • Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable
  • If body measurements are provided for customisation then the outfit can be up to 3 inches more than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more than body measurements for boys. Also the loosening can vary for each design.

Do you offer exchange of sizes?

The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Pre-Order / Customized products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order
  • All other products can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order
  • Please email us at support@littlecheer.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email

Refund

  • Bank Refund: We refund the amount as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours (for pre-order and customizations) or 48hrs (all other products)of placing the order.
  • The refund process will only be initiated after the product(s) have been received and validated which would take 7-10 business days.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made and Made to order products.
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by LittleCheer
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

Other Policies

  • Once a product is used, we cannot ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual
  • Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the color of the actual product may vary from the image and depends on viewing properties of different gadgets such as mobiles, tablets, laptops etc
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
  • Welcome Offer
  • The code is exclusively valid for first time shoppers on LittleCheer.com
  • The discount can be availed for all orders and user must be logged in before applying code
  • The offer is not applicable on any discounted products.
  • The offer is valid only once per user. If items purchased with coupon discount are returned, coupon discount will be adjusted accordingly from the return credit.
  • The offer coupon code cannot be clubbed with any other coupon code or other promotional offer.
